Technical SEO Specialist – Hybrid, London

About the role

We are seeking a Technical SEO Specialist to lead the technical optimisation of multiple high‑traffic ecommerce brands across international markets. Working in a hybrid model (three days in‑office), you will join a high‑performing in‑house digital team and influence organic growth at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the technical SEO strategy for several ecommerce sites.
• Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and identify crawl, JavaScript and Core Web Vitals opportunities.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, UX and analytics teams to implement SEO recommendations.
• Monitor search trends, algorithm updates and emerging best practices.
• Produce performance reports, competitor analysis and keyword research to guide optimisation.
• Build consultative relationships with stakeholders across business units and markets.

Required profile

• Strong experience in technical SEO for complex or enterprise‑level websites.
• Proven track record working on JavaScript‑heavy sites and modern SEO challenges.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a collaborative, low‑politics environment.
