Technical & Solution Architect – Distributed Ledger for Regulated Finance

About the role

This is a hands‑on technical leadership position working across product management, engineering, and client‑facing discussions to design a distributed‑ledger based post‑trade platform for regulated financial services. You will start as the technical documentation lead and progressively own system‑level architecture, solution design, and technical direction.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the existing documentation framework and produce technical documentation covering business capabilities, deployment, operation, and future evolution.
• Design scalable, secure distributed solutions; define system architecture, APIs, and integration patterns; apply software design patterns and contribute to hosting and capacity planning.
• Work with distributed ledger technologies and smart contracts to design models for tokenised assets, native digital assets, atomic settlement, DvP/RvP mechanisms, and CBDC integration concepts.
• Translate regulatory and market‑structure requirements (e.g., CSDR, GDPR) into technical designs and documentation, ensuring auditability, resilience, and operational robustness.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to engineers, product managers, clients, and regulators, tailoring messaging to each audience.
