Technical Support Engineer (L2)

About the role

Runpod is looking for a Technical Support Engineer (L2) to provide advanced assistance to its AI developer community. You will resolve complex technical issues, work closely with engineering teams, and help shape the product based on customer feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Provide multi‑channel support (email, phone, chat, video) and keep customers informed about issue status.
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical problems related to configuration, performance, compatibility, or code errors.
• Use code analysis, scripting, log analysis, and remote access tools to identify root causes and deliver solutions or work‑arounds.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, product, and infrastructure teams to ensure customer satisfaction and integrate feedback.
• Create and maintain knowledge‑base articles, FAQs, guides, and deliver training sessions or webinars.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of professional technical support experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent experience.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to analyze complex technical issues.
• Minimum 2 years of software engineering or networking administration experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
