Technical Training Facilitator – Digital Workplace

About the role

Join Sage’s Digital Workplace team as a Technical Training Facilitator, helping a global workforce adopt and maximise the benefits of Microsoft 365 and emerging AI‑enabled tools. You will design and deliver engaging learning experiences that boost digital confidence across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Support the delivery of technical training programmes on Microsoft 365 and related efficiency tools.
• Develop clear, written learning resources and presentation materials for diverse audiences.
• Foster engagement and adoption of digital tools through workshops, webinars and on‑demand content.
• Collaborate with Technical Training Managers, internal communities and external partners to continuously improve training content.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance learner experience and promote digital best practices.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and interest in emerging AI‑enabled productivity tools.
• Excellent communication skills, able to simplify technical concepts for learners of varying digital confidence.
• Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Comfortable building rapport, encouraging participation and fostering collaborative learning.
• Enthusiastic about continuous learning and supporting others to develop digital capabilities.
