Technicien de Maintenance Fonderie

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician specialized in foundry operations to join our aluminium casting plant in Ham. You will work closely with the Maintenance Team Leader and support production teams by ensuring the reliability of critical equipment, including three melting furnaces.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance on all plant equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and hydraulic failures.
• Secure interventions through lock‑out procedures, work permits and safety plans, and restore protections after each repair.
• Use the CMMS (GMAO) system to record interventions, manage spare‑part inventory and ensure regulatory traceability.
• Participate in continuous improvement, identify technical anomalies and coordinate external service providers, especially during scheduled shutdowns.

Required profile

• BTS or equivalent qualification in maintenance systems.
• 3‑5 years of experience maintaining production tools and equipment in an industrial environment.
• Autonomous, rigorous and able to plan, coordinate and prioritize urgent tasks.
• Strict adherence to QHSE rules and consistent use of personal protective equipment.

What we offer

• Shift work (4x8 or 3x8) with on‑call rotation.
• Base salary of €25,780 gross per year (C.6 classification) – €14.16 hourly.
