TechOps Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a TechOps Specialist to join a fast‑growing retail business. Working closely with the Technology Director, you will own the internal technology operations that keep colleagues productive and secure.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Tech Director to define and own the TechOps roadmap.
• Manage and optimise the core SaaS stack and hardware to support business growth.
• Own the full user lifecycle, handling access, permissions and security across all systems.
• Identify and implement automation and AI solutions to eliminate manual tasks.
• Lead the relationship with the Managed Service Provider (MSP) and act as the primary point of contact.

Required profile

• A deeply knowledgeable tech generalist who understands how multiple systems interconnect.
• Google Workspace‑native with a passion for integrations, automation and AI.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and capable of managing projects from start to finish.
• Excellent communicator who can simplify complex technical concepts.
