Telehandler Operator

About the role

The Telehandler Operator will join the Anthro joint venture to support the HS2 Old Oak Common gateway station project. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of telehandlers and forklifts, handling materials and assisting with logistics across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Operate telehandlers and industrial forklifts in line with CPCS standards.
• Load, unload, transport and distribute materials throughout the site.
• Support warehouse movements, module positioning and inbound/outbound deliveries.
• Carry out daily checks, pre‑use inspections and report any defects immediately.
• Liaise with logistics supervisors, slingers, banksmen and site teams to coordinate movements.
• Assist with module handling, external storage logistics and lifting operations using appropriate attachments.
• Maintain plant cleanliness, secure the machine at shift end and follow fuel, battery and parking procedures.

Required profile

• Valid CPCS A17 (Telehandler) certification.
• Valid CPCS A16 (Industrial Forklift Truck) certification.
