Telesales Account Manager – Belfast/Remote

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Telesales Account Manager to manage and grow an existing portfolio of local business customers in Belfast and remotely. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximise the impact of Yell’s digital marketing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop relationships with an assigned portfolio of customers, meeting quarterly retention and revenue growth targets.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across Yell’s digital advertising products.
• Conduct regular account reviews, analyse campaign performance and recommend optimisation strategies.
• Collaborate with internal Service, Fulfilment and Sales teams to ensure successful campaign delivery.
• Keep CRM data up‑to‑date with accurate pipeline and activity records.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling digital marketing or high‑value digital solutions.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
