Telesales Agent – Hybrid, £26k base + OTE up to £40k

About the role

As a Telesales Agent you will be the telephone voice of sales for Fibrus, delivering an amazing customer experience and selling our Hyperfast Fibre broadband and ancillary products to residential and small‑business prospects. You will join a vibrant, fast‑paced desk sales team working on inbound and outbound call or online chat campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Help customers move to Fibrus, making phone‑based sales from outbound and inbound calls.
• Assist customers in finding pre‑contract solutions and process sales via web chat.
• Process all orders efficiently and effectively using the Fibrus ordering system.
• Follow up with customers to keep them updated on order and installation progress.
• Collaborate closely with other members of the Fibrus team.
• Maintain quality and compliance standards while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Required profile

• Demonstrable telephone‑based or face‑to‑face sales experience.
• Committed, professional, reliable, target‑driven and ambitious with a willingness to learn.
• Confidence using systems and software to process orders and communicate.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Can‑do attitude and desire to deliver quality service to customers.
• Understanding of compliance importance in a telesales environment.
