Temporary Accounts Payable Specialist – Graduate Role

About the role

This temporary position offers recent business or finance graduates the chance to develop hands‑on experience in accounts payable within a dynamic, international environment. You will work on a hybrid schedule, supporting the finance team while interacting with customers and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Run ageing reports and review accounts payable balances for accuracy.
• Process invoices efficiently and resolve non‑payment issues.
• Liaise with collection agencies and the sales team to manage payment escalations.
• Process write‑offs and respond to ad‑hoc customer queries.
• Develop root‑cause reports to identify process‑improvement opportunities.
• Support cash‑application activities during peak periods.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement projects and ad‑hoc initiatives.

Required profile

• Recent graduate in business, finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a focus on process improvement.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software.
• Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel).
