Temporary Customer Service Host at Gatwick Airport

About the role

Reed is recruiting multiple temporary Customer Service Hosts for Gatwick Airport. The role starts ASAP and runs until 31 October 2026, covering early‑morning shifts from 02:30 to 08:30. You will be the first point of contact for passengers, helping them from bag drop through to boarding.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the terminal journey.
• Walk queues, meet and greet passengers, and provide proactive assistance.
• Collaborate with ground‑operations partners to uphold service standards.
• Model company customer‑service expectations in all interactions.

Required profile

• Confident communicator able to inspire excellent service.
• Strong problem‑solver who remains calm under pressure.
• Quick rapport builder who works well with diverse stakeholders.
• Capable of absorbing and retaining a broad range of operational information.
• Eligible for an airside ID pass (5‑year background check and references required).
