Temporary Data Analyst – Hybrid (Chessington/Tolworth)

About the role
We are looking for a temporary Data Analyst to join a well‑established organisation in Chessington/Tolworth on a six‑month hybrid contract. The role starts immediately and offers a mix of remote and on‑site work.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly to product supply queries from service centres, customer services and customers via the online portal.
- Validate customer usage data and update internal systems accordingly.
- Analyse sales data to identify unusual ordering patterns.
- Collaborate with key departments to identify and implement process improvements.
- Deliver bespoke solutions for upstream and downstream customers and provide ongoing support.
Required profile
- Strong numeracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems.
- Excellent communication skills with tact and diplomacy.
Required skills
- MS Office, especially Excel.
What we offer
- Hybrid working pattern (remote and office).
- £14 per hour rate.
- Six‑month fixed‑term contract with the possibility of extension.
