Temporary Healthcare Assistant – Flexible Shifts in Stanmore

About the role

We are seeking compassionate Healthcare Assistants for temporary assignments across Hertfordshire, Essex and London. The role offers flexible full‑time, part‑time, day, night or weekend shifts, allowing you to choose the schedule that fits your life.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality personal care, including washing, dressing and mobility support.
• Assist patients with daily living activities and promote dignity and independence.
• Record observations and follow care plans accurately.
• Support nursing and clinical teams in delivering patient care.
• Adhere to safeguarding, infection‑control and health‑and‑safety procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience in the UK as a Healthcare Assistant, Support Worker or Care Assistant.
• Professional, caring and patient‑focused attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Right to work in the UK and an enhanced DBS (assistance available).
