Temporary Sales Assistant – Seasonal Retail Role

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Temporary Sales Assistant to join our Chester store for the festive season. You will be the face of Lush, welcoming customers, sharing product knowledge and creating a fun, inclusive shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, provide personalised product recommendations and conduct demonstrations.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and visually appealing shop floor, managing stock levels and seasonal displays.
• Support sales targets by promoting products creatively and assisting with in‑store events.
• Control store costs by minimising product waste and ensuring efficient stock handling.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.
• Strong teamwork attitude, collaborating with colleagues to achieve store goals.
• Effective communication skills to keep information flowing across the team.
