Temporary Supplier Engagement Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a Supplier Engagement Advisor on an initial temporary basis to support our environmental compliance services. The role starts immediately, runs for an initial four‑week period and may become permanent for the right candidate. It is a hybrid position based in Stratford‑upon‑Avon.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with suppliers to collect packaging, WEEE, batteries and Plastic Tax data via email, phone and live chat.
• Process and cleanse data using in‑house software, MS Excel and CRM tools, ensuring accuracy in the supplier database.
• Conduct webinars and produce written guidance on data submission procedures.
• Support Account Managers in calculating regulatory obligations and flag anomalies for the development team.

Required profile

• Previous customer‑facing experience, preferably in an office environment.
• Full UK manual driving licence and minimum GCSE grade C in Mathematics and English.
• Interest in environmental issues and willingness to undergo in‑house regulatory training.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using CRM applications.
• Ability to operate in‑house data‑processing software for packaging evidence.
