About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join a thriving nursery in Mill Hill. This term‑time only position offers a balanced 25‑hour week across 38 weeks, providing a supportive environment for professional growth and leadership development.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality childcare and early education in a safe, stimulating setting.
• Create engaging, age‑appropriate learning activities that support each child’s development.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and adhere to health and safety standards.
• Participate in mentorship programmes aimed at building leadership and future management skills.
• Gradually take on nursery management tasks under guidance.

Required profile

• Level 3 Diploma in Childcare (or higher) – essential.
• Minimum 1 + year experience in a UK nursery setting.
• Clear ambition to progress into a management role.
• Legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
