Territory Owner – Estate Agent

About the role

YOPA is seeking motivated estate agents to become Territory Owners, managing their own postcode portfolio within our hybrid estate‑agency model. You will combine traditional property sales expertise with cutting‑edge technology to deliver a fixed‑fee service to homeowners.

Key responsibilities

• Value, list, and market residential properties within your assigned postcodes.
• Guide buyers and sellers through the entire transaction process, from initial enquiry to completion.
• Generate and nurture leads using YOPA’s central lead‑generation system and your own prospecting efforts.
• Collaborate with partnered conveyancers and financial services to create additional revenue streams.
• Build and manage a local team of agents, if desired.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an estate agent with a track record of successful valuations and listings.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to handle the full sales cycle.
• Self‑starter with ambition to grow a long‑term, independent business.
