Territory Sales Manager – Dental & Medical Devices

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Territory Sales Manager to join a global market leader in the dental sector. You will be the primary point of contact for distributors, dental practices, and clinical professionals across an established UK territory, promoting innovative medical and dental technology.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop a defined sales territory, building strong relationships with distributor partners.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
• Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and training to distributor sales teams and end‑users.
• Guide customers through the full sales cycle, from enquiry to installation.
• Collaborate with marketing and senior management to drive growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling medical devices, dental equipment, or capital technical equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a personal diary and work independently.
• Strong consultative sales approach with a focus on long‑term relationship building.

Required skills

What we offer

• Basic salary between £33,000 and £38,000 per year.
