Territory Sales Manager – Dental/Medical Devices

About the role

We are seeking a consultative Territory Sales Manager to represent innovative dental and medical device technology across an established UK territory. You will work with distributors, dental practices and clinical professionals, driving growth for a global market leader.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities within the territory.
• Manage and grow existing distributor relationships.
• Deliver product demonstrations, presentations and training to distributors and end‑users.
• Support customers from initial enquiry through installation and after‑sales service.
• Collaborate with marketing and senior management to increase market share.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling medical devices, dental equipment, capital or technical equipment.
• Ability to manage own diary and work independently.
• Strong consultative sales approach and relationship‑building skills.
