Territory Sales Manager – Part‑Time (Retail)

About the role

Join a multi‑award‑winning field marketing agency as a part‑time Territory Sales Manager. You will work 24 hours per week across three days, visiting the top grocery retailers in the North West to grow brand presence and drive sales.

Key responsibilities

• Visit the four major grocery retailers following a defined call plan.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers.
• Negotiate distribution, maximise product availability and secure additional shelf space.
• Act as the “eyes and ears” in‑store, identifying problems, opportunities and competitor activity.
• Deliver professional, efficient calls and record all information on bespoke tablets using the Drive software system.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, convenience or retail environments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and a talent for building credible in‑store relationships.
• Motivation to increase brand awareness and achieve results.
