Territory Sales Manager – Retail (Temporary, 24 hrs/week)

About the role

This is a temporary, part‑time Territory Sales Manager position based in Crawley, supporting the busiest trading period of the year for leading household brands. You will work 24 hours per week with flexible scheduling and receive a £450 completion bonus for staying until the contract end.

Key responsibilities

• Visit stores across your territory, including major grocery retailers.
• Build strong relationships with store staff and managers.
• Increase product availability and improve on‑shelf presence.
• Merchandise products to high standards and secure additional display opportunities.
• Identify market opportunities and share insights.
• Record activity using tablet technology.

Required profile

• Enjoy working independently and out in the field.
• Strong relationship‑building skills.
• Experience in retail, customer service, merchandising or sales (training provided).
• Organised and comfortable being on your feet rather than desk‑bound.
• Positive attitude with energy and enthusiasm.
