Territory Sales Manager – South West UK (Medical Devices)

About the role

This position offers the chance to own a high‑potential NHS territory in the South West, helping healthcare teams improve patient outcomes through innovative vascular access solutions. You will act as a trusted partner to clinicians, procurement and service leaders across acute settings.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop key NHS accounts across the South West territory.
• Build relationships with clinical, operational and procurement stakeholders.
• Deliver territory growth against quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Create and execute robust territory and account plans.
• Support product evaluations, trials and implementation activities.
• Provide product training and ongoing education to customers.
• Use CRM tools to track opportunities and pipeline activity.
• Collaborate with clinical and commercial colleagues to secure long‑term account conversions.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling medical‑device or healthcare solutions to NHS organisations.
• Strong relationship‑building and account‑management capabilities.
• Ability to understand clinical challenges and translate them into commercial opportunities.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for pipeline and opportunity management.
