Theatre Practitioner – Anaesthetics (OPD/Nurse)

About the role

Join the Theatre department at Ramsay Health Care UK as an Anaesthetic Practitioner (OPD/Nurse). You will work in state‑of‑the‑art operating theatres equipped with laminar airflow and integrated technology, supporting anaesthetic care for patients in the outpatient department and theatre environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with anaesthetic procedures in the operating theatre and outpatient department.
• Collaborate with recovery and scrub teams to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Utilise advanced theatre technology and maintain high clinical standards.
• Contribute to a supportive, team‑focused environment while working independently when required.

Required profile

• Current HCPC or NMC registration.
• Relevant anaesthetic experience.
• ALS qualification desirable but not essential.
• Recovery or scrub experience desirable but not essential.
• Flexible, positive attitude with strong teamwork skills.
• Warm, considerate and empathetic character.
