TikTok Shop Account Manager – Italian

About the role

Philips is looking for a proactive, consumer‑centric Commercial Account Manager to join its TikTok Shop team. You will manage relationships with the TikTok Shop Agency Partner and TikTok Shop HQ while driving commercial and engagement objectives on the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sell‑out (GMV) performance on TikTok Shop Italy and manage sell‑in with the agency partner.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to deliver content engagement metrics and oversee lower‑funnel activations, including TikTok Shop Lives.
• Manage portfolio and pricing strategy in line with company guard‑rails and co‑create the FY activation plan.
• Oversee A&P and promo spending for the channel, track performance, and optimise GMV and engagement.
• Develop strong relationships with the TikTok Account Management Team to unlock brand and commercial opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of national account management experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Experience working in a global, brand‑led organization.
• Fluent communication in Italian.
• Hands‑on P&L responsibility and strong stakeholder‑management skills.
• Passion for new technologies and ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Required skills

• PowerPoint for creating impactful presentations.
• SAP for managing A&P and promo spend.
