TLM Developer – Contract (Hybrid, London)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced TLM Developer to join our finance technology team on a contract basis (inside IR35) in London. The role is hybrid, allowing you to work both on‑site and remotely while delivering end‑to‑end reconciliation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and customise TLM Premium (v30+) modules including Control, Recon Admin, Design Studio, Smart Studio, Web Connect, CT Tool and Smart Schema.
• Build and deploy CT packages, manage system upgrades and perform component and integration testing.
• Develop and maintain SQL/PLSQL scripts for data extraction, transformation and reporting in production Unix/Windows environments.
• Implement automation using Python and Django to streamline file processing, BOT creation and reduce production access incidents.
• Collaborate with Agile squads, DevOps engineers and global stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and continuous integration.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of hands‑on experience with TLM Premium and related tools.
• Strong background in reconciliation platforms, preferably SmartStream suite.
• Proven ability to work independently and adapt to frequent changes.
• Previous experience in banking or finance domain and Agile delivery.
