About the role
An established planning and development consultancy in Bedford is seeking a Town Planner / Senior Town Planner to support its diverse portfolio of property management and planning services for land owners and housebuilders.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and submit complex planning applications and appeals.
- Promote land strategically through the local plan process.
- Liaise with clients and local authorities.
- Prepare detailed reports and statements.
- Mentor junior team members.
Required profile
- BSc/MSc (or equivalent) in a planning‑related discipline.
- MRTPI qualification (or close to achieving).
- Minimum 4 years of combined public and private sector planning experience.
- Full UK driver’s licence.
