Trade Planning Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Trade Planning Specialist to design and execute promotional plans across key categories, ensuring the right products are in the right place at the right time, both in store and online.

Key responsibilities

• Use insights and Kantar data to challenge the status quo and ensure trade plans serve shoppers.
• Lead planning for key feature spaces and “shippers”, maximising sales through newness and seasonality.
• Act as the vital link between Commercial, Marketing and Retail Operations to deliver promotions “first time right”.
• Prepare briefs and present data to senior stakeholders to shape the future of the ambient business.

Required profile

• Proactive planner who looks for process improvements and understands store environments.
• Comfortable translating data into compelling stories for stakeholders.
• Ability to juggle multiple deadlines and deliver work correctly the first time.
• Resilient, can‑do attitude for a fast‑paced, high‑energy workload.
• Solid understanding of GSCOP and policy compliance.
