Traffic Safety Performance Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Traffic Safety Performance Trainer to design and deliver a specialist five‑day training programme for approximately 20 officers at a hotel venue in Manchester City Centre. The role is fixed‑term, full‑time for the duration of the course, and includes a final feedback and certification session.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop professional PowerPoint training materials covering Traffic Safety Performance Indicators.
• Deliver engaging training sessions across four full days, adapting delivery to meet learner needs.
• Facilitate discussions, practical exercises, and knowledge‑sharing activities for a group of around 20 delegates.
• Conduct the final feedback, course review, and certification session.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure training objectives are achieved.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering training in Traffic Safety Performance Indicators or a closely related field.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication abilities.
• Demonstrated skill in creating effective PowerPoint‑based training materials.
• Ability to engage and manage groups of roughly 20 participants.
• Professional, adaptable and confident when delivering specialist technical content.
