Trainee Financial Adviser (IFA) – Brighton

About the role
This is a rare trainee opportunity with a leading Sussex‑based Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) firm. The successful candidate will be based in Brighton, working Monday to Friday, 9 am‑5 pm, and will receive full training to become a qualified IFA.
Key responsibilities
- Attend a structured training programme covering all aspects of financial advice.
- Work with provided client leads under supervision.
- Develop paraplanning and client‑contact skills.
- Support senior advisers with mortgage and investment proposals.
Required profile
- Holds a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Services.
- Has some experience in financial services – e.g., as a paraplanner or mortgage broker.
- Demonstrates a desire to progress to a fully qualified IFA.
