Trainee Financial Advisor – Paraplanner Path to Chartered Status

About the role
This is a career‑defining opportunity for an ambitious Paraplanner to become a fully qualified Financial Adviser within 12‑18 months. You will work for a boutique Chartered IFA serving high‑net‑worth clients across London and the South East.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare suitability reports and conduct research on pensions, investments, tax, retirement and inheritance tax.
- Perform cash‑flow modelling for client portfolios.
- Attend client meetings alongside senior advisers and support advisory delivery.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Paraplanner.
- Level 4 diploma (or working towards) with plans to sit Chartered exams.
- Strong written communication and analytical abilities.

- Basic salary £40,000‑£50,000 per year (potentially higher for exceptional candidates).
