Trainee Financial Advisor – £28k‑£50k (Leeds)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Trainee Financial Advisor to join our growing team in Leeds. This position offers a clear pathway to becoming a fully qualified Financial Adviser, with full support to complete the Diploma in Financial Planning (DipFA).

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior advisers in managing an expanding client portfolio.
• Provide high‑quality client service and build strong relationships.
• Participate in training and mentorship programmes to develop advisory skills.
• Study for and complete the DipFA qualification, with full funding from the firm.

Required profile

• Current experience in an IFA, wealth management, or a client‑facing role such as Administrator, Client Relationship Manager or Paraplanner.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strong motivation to study for the DipFA and pursue a long‑term career in financial planning.
• Passion for delivering outstanding client service.
