About the role

This traineeship is designed for individuals with no prior health and safety experience who want to launch a career as a Health & Safety Manager. You will study online at your own pace, earn recognised IOSH and NEBOSH certifications, and receive dedicated support to secure your first role within 1‑3 months.

Key responsibilities

Complete the IOSH Managing Safely course and pass the assessment.
Study for and obtain the NEBOSH General Certificate.
Conduct workplace risk assessments and produce control recommendations.
Work with the recruitment team to prepare applications, attend interviews and secure a placement.

Required profile

Motivated to start a new career in health and safety.
Willingness to study online and complete assessments.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow health and safety legislation.
