Trainee Lettings Consultant

About the role

Join a market‑leading residential lettings agency as a Trainee Lettings Consultant. This is a full‑time, onsite position where you will develop your property career through hands‑on experience and structured training.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and register new applicants.
• Book and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate and agree tenancy terms.
• Deliver exceptional customer service both over the phone and face‑to‑face.
• Achieve personal and branch sales targets.
• Represent the company professionally and build strong internal and external relationships.

Required profile

• Solid background in customer service or sales.
• Motivated, enthusiastic and career‑driven.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
• Tenacious self‑starter with a positive attitude.

Required skills

• Good telephone manner.
• Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels.
