Trainee Mortgage Advisor - Brands Hatch Area

About the role

Mortgage Matters, part of Wards of Kent, is recruiting a Trainee Mortgage Advisor for the Brands Hatch area. The package starts as soon as possible, with a basic salary of £27,000 and realistic earnings of £65,000 including commission. The work pattern is five days a week including Saturdays (two Saturdays on, one off).

Key responsibilities

• Help clients find their perfect mortgage and protection advice.
• Work proactively with estate agents to generate fresh leads.
• Build strong relationships for repeat business.
• Access the full market to tailor the best deals for each client.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure FCA compliance, upholding honesty, trust and integrity.
• Enjoy working independently within a wider team effort.
