Trainee Mortgage & Protection Advisor (OTE £50k)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Trainee Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our London team. You will receive industry‑leading training and support while working with high‑quality leads from our estate agency network.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with estate agency colleagues and generate new business referrals.
• Guide customers through the mortgage and protection process from application to completion.
• Develop advisory knowledge through coaching, training and on‑the‑job experience.
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting performance targets.

Required profile

• Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
• Strong customer‑service and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ambitious, motivated and eager to develop a career in financial services.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
