Trainee Project Manager – Entry Level Role

About the role

We are looking for an organised, dependable individual to join our London office as a Trainee Project Manager. This entry‑level position is designed for candidates with little or no prior project‑management experience and provides a fast‑track route into a professional project‑management career.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior project managers with planning, scheduling and documentation.
• Support the coordination of project activities across multiple stakeholders.
• Maintain project records, update status reports and track progress against milestones.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to risk and issue logs.
• Undertake the APM Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ) and apply the learning to real‑world tasks.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Motivation to learn project‑management principles and methodologies.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to complete the APM PFQ exam and related online training.
