Trainee Property Manager (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and organised Property Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing a varied portfolio, building strong relationships, and delivering a high standard of service to landlords and tenants alike.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties from move‑in to move‑out.
• Act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants.
• Investigate, manage, and resolve property maintenance issues.
• Liaise with contractors and suppliers to arrange and oversee works.
• Conduct property inspections and follow up on required actions.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and internal procedures.
• Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and third‑party suppliers.

Required profile

• Previous experience in property management or a customer‑focused role.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident managing multiple tasks and priorities.
• Calm, professional and positive under pressure.
• Comfortable following procedures and working within compliance frameworks.
