Trainee Property Manager

About the role

Leaders, a reputable property group, is seeking a Trainee Property Manager for its Norwich office. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided. You will act as a primary contact for tenants and landlords, ensuring high‑quality service throughout the tenancy.

Key responsibilities

• Provide telephone and written communication to tenants and landlords throughout the tenancy.
• Accept and triage maintenance requests, resolve issues where possible, or coordinate with landlords and contractors.
• Update all parties regularly via phone, email or text and log notes.
• Make regular well‑being calls to landlords and ensure compliance and legislation are met on properties.
• Coordinate property inspections and communicate check‑out processes to tenants and landlords.
• Work with the team to address lost units and maintain high communication standards.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional telephone manner.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency in standard office software for communication and record‑keeping.
