Trainee Property Manager – Manchester

About the role

Join a fast‑paced, award‑winning property group in Manchester as a Trainee Property Manager. You will support tenants and landlords throughout the tenancy lifecycle, delivering high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide telephone and written communication for tenants and landlords during the tenancy.
• Accept and triage maintenance requests, resolve where possible or coordinate with contractors.
• Update all parties regularly via phone, email or text and log notes.
• Make wellbeing calls to landlords and ensure compliance and legislation are met on properties.
• Coordinate check‑out processes, including deposit handling and communication with the Depositary site.
• Collaborate with inventory clerks, property management team and branch network to ensure inspections and unit retention.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional telephone manner and strong organisational abilities.
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using phone, email and text communication tools.
• Ability to log and track tenancy notes accurately.
