Trainee Recruitment Consultant (Cyber Security & Digital Infrastructure)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our specialist consultancy focused on Cyber Security and Digital Infrastructure. You will receive comprehensive training and support while helping us source and place top‑tier talent for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Source and headhunt candidates across Cloud Security, Network Infrastructure, DevSecOps and Identity & Access Management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Support senior consultants on active mandates and client briefings.
• Develop market knowledge of high‑growth cyber security and digital infrastructure sectors.
• Assist in managing candidate pipelines and updating CRM systems.

Required profile

• Experience in a sales or commercial environment, preferably telephone‑based.
• Degree‑educated with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ambitious, self‑driven and able to organise workload effectively.
