Trainee Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team at Intec Select in Maidstone. You will support the delivery of recruitment services for leading technical organisations, gaining hands‑on experience in the full hiring cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates across job boards, LinkedIn, social media and our in‑house CRM system.
• Conduct initial interviews, shortlist and qualify applicants.
• Create and post high‑quality job adverts.
• Adapt and format candidate CVs and prepare them for client interviews.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates about their application status.
• Assist business development by generating leads and gathering hiring information.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Highly motivated, target‑driven and able to thrive in a busy environment.
• Quick rapport‑building ability and strong initiative.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
• Experience using a CRM system to manage candidate pipelines.
