Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Technology, Uncapped Commission

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing technology clients.
• Identify, engage and qualify top technology professionals.
• Conduct candidate interviews and manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer stage.
• Generate new business through cold‑calling and networking.
• Meet and exceed weekly, monthly and quarterly targets.
• Develop a personal brand and market presence within the tech sector.

Required profile

• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Confidence speaking with new people daily and a resilient mindset.
• Positive, ambitious and coachable attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Experience in fast‑paced, target‑driven environments such as sales, hospitality, retail, call centres, fundraising or customer service.
• Comfortable working towards KPIs and performance metrics.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to handle rejection and bounce back quickly.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools.
