Key responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates for engineering, energy, IT and construction roles.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients in the US and European markets.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from initial contact to placement.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and placement targets.
• Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings.
