Trainee Sales Development Representative – German Speaking

About the role

This trainee position is designed for candidates who are fluent in German and want to launch a career in sales. You will work in a hybrid environment, supporting a fast‑growing software business by generating new business opportunities and helping senior sales colleagues close deals.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers via phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
• Build relationships with potential clients and understand their needs.
• Schedule meetings for senior sales team members.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Meet activity and performance targets.

Required profile

• Fluent German language skills.
• Previous experience in a customer‑facing role (e.g., retail, hospitality, contact centre).
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Positive attitude, self‑motivated and eager to learn.
• Resilient and comfortable working towards targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., email, spreadsheet tools).
