Trainee Software Developer – Training & Placement Programme

About the role

This is a full‑time trainee software developer programme designed for individuals with little or no coding experience. Over a period of up to four months you will receive accredited online training, mentorship and a guaranteed entry‑level placement in a UK tech company.

Key responsibilities

• Complete online HTML & CSS modules (12 weeks)
• Progress through advanced training covering command line, Git, JavaScript and Python (12 weeks)
• Build a portfolio website to demonstrate practical skills (1 week)
• Earn optional certifications in AWS Cloud Practitioner and Microsoft Azure Administrator
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to secure a software development placement

Required profile

• Motivated learner with no prior professional coding experience
• Ability to work independently online and follow a structured curriculum
• Commitment to complete all training phases within the stipulated timeframe
