Training Advisor – Employee Development

About the role

Albert Bartlett is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Training Advisor to support employee learning and development across the business. In this role you will partner with managers and team leaders to identify training needs, coordinate engaging sessions, and provide ongoing guidance to help colleagues thrive.

Key responsibilities

• Work alongside managers and team leaders to identify and address training needs throughout the business.
• Coordinate and schedule training programs that are engaging, effective, and aligned with business objectives.
• Offer guidance and support to employees during their learning journey, answering questions and providing encouragement.
• Maintain training records and track employee progress to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the HR team to promote a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Assist in developing new training materials and resources tailored to business needs.

Required profile

• Experience in a training or development role, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable manner.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive and positive attitude with a genuine passion for supporting others.
• Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable using various Learning Management Systems.
