Training Contract Paralegal – Risk Team (Hybrid)

About the role

This is a 12‑month fixed‑term position for a risk‑focused paralegal who already holds a training contract starting August 2027. You will join a busy international firm’s Risk team, working on high‑level legal and transactional tasks from day one while developing your skills ahead of your formal training contract.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with internal teams to promote and implement the new contract management system (High Q).
• Update contract templates and supplier questionnaires to capture essential supply‑chain information.
• Collaborate with Business Service teams to ensure all current contracts are identified and uploaded into the system.
• Manage the upload of existing contracts and support ongoing development of the contract lifecycle process, including alerts for expiry, renewal and key dates.
• Administer the procurement matter intake mailbox and assist with reviewing supplier questionnaires and onboarding new suppliers.

Required profile

• Training contract secured for August 2027 or later.
• Excellent research ability and strong attention to detail.
• Professional attitude, aptitude and gravitas for interaction with internal and external stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office.

What we offer

• Salary up to £37,000 per annum.
