Training & Development Partner

About the role
Alzheimer Scotland is seeking a Training & Development Partner to lead its organisational learning strategy. You will work within the People Team to design, deliver and continuously improve training programmes that support staff at every level.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and oversee a proactive training and development programme aligned with the charity’s objectives.
- Design, deliver and manage induction, probationary, health & safety, wellbeing, leadership and compliance training.
- Maintain and enhance the central learning management system and online skills development hub.
- Create learning pathways and blended learning solutions that combine in‑person, online and digital formats.
- Monitor training effectiveness and drive continual improvement.
Required profile
- Strong ability to engage and communicate with colleagues at all levels.
- High degree of autonomy and confidence in managing training initiatives.
- Commitment to creative, flexible and adaptable learning approaches.
- Willingness to support the charity’s mission and undergo right‑to‑work verification and a Disclosure Scotland check.
