Training Validator – HR & Training Team

About the role

We are looking for a Training Validator to join the HR & Training team at our Linton site. In this full‑time permanent position you will ensure that all staff are competent, compliant and confident by delivering and validating training programmes across the factory floor.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and execute weekly training plans.
• Validate employee competence through observation, questioning and practical demonstrations.
• Accurately record training evidence and update training files.
• Support production teams with standard operating procedures and buddy‑training requirements.
• Identify training gaps, drive continuous improvement and promote a positive training culture.
• Provide on‑the‑job coaching and guidance to floor staff.
• Uphold Health & Safety, Quality and Hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with managers and cross‑functional stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and planning abilities.
• Confident communicator with good teamwork skills.
• Proactive, resilient and able to engage with employees at all levels.
• Relevant training qualification; Food Safety Level 3 is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office and spreadsheet applications.
