Transfer Pricing Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Transfer Pricing Manager to expand our transfer pricing offering, supporting existing clients across our offices and contributing to the growth of the service line.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis on client business, transfer pricing issues, regulations, and market trends.
• Assist with collection and analysis of financial data for transfer pricing analysis.
• Support client meetings, prepare presentations, and contribute to deliverables.
• Manage tasks within projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards.
• Guide and train junior team members of the TP team.
• Develop economic analysis methodologies and perform benchmarking analyses using databases and AI tools.
• Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation reports in compliance with regulations and standards.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop senior client relationships.
• Contribute to proposals, tenders, and marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and HLB network counterparts across geographies.
• Support leadership in resource planning, performance management, and training.

Required profile

• Post‑graduate degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, Finance, Tax or equivalent, or CTA/ACA qualification.
• Previous transfer pricing experience in a professional services firm.
• Excellent communication skills, including technical written work.
• Confident self‑starter with ability to develop a team.
• Strong research and analytical abilities.
• Good awareness of risk management.
• Ability to engage with people at various levels.
